Leading women with confidence and care.
When people hear the word "leader," they often imagine someone standing on a stage, giving speeches, or leading a large organization. My understanding of leadership is different. To me, leadership means creating hope, offering support, and helping others discover the strength they already have.
My journey as a leader did not begin with a title. It began with life's challenges.
I got married at a young age and became a mother while I was still building my own dreams. Like many women, I put my family first. I loved caring for my children, but there were times when I felt that I had forgotten who I was beyond being a wife and a mother. My dreams quietly waited while I focused on my responsibilities.
Years passed, and one day I asked myself a simple question: "Is it too late to start again?"
The answer came from my heart—"No."
I started learning new skills, joining women's communities, attending online workshops, and connecting with inspiring women from different parts of the world. Every course I completed and every conversation I had helped me rebuild my confidence. Slowly, I realized that leadership is not about being perfect. It is about choosing to move forward even after difficult times.
Today, I proudly work as a female trip leader. Many people think my job is simply organizing tours and visiting beautiful places. But my work is about much more than travel.
Many women join our trips carrying invisible fears. Some have never traveled without their families. Some worry about their safety. Others have lost confidence after years of putting everyone else's needs before their own.
At the beginning of every trip, I always tell them, "This journey belongs to you. Enjoy every moment and believe in yourself."
Those words may seem simple, but I have seen how powerful they can be.
I remember meeting women who were very quiet on the first day. They stayed alone and spoke very little. But after spending a few days together, something beautiful happened. They started smiling, sharing stories, taking photos, laughing with new friends, and encouraging one another.
Watching that transformation reminds me why I love what I do. Sometimes a journey changes much more than a destination. Sometimes it changes the way a woman sees herself.
Travel gives women something many of us rarely receive—freedom, confidence, and the chance to discover ourselves again.
Alongside my work as a trip leader, I am deeply passionate about women's mental wellness.
Many women carry emotional pain that cannot be seen. They continue smiling while facing stress, loneliness, family responsibilities, and disappointment. Society often expects women to stay strong all the time, but strength does not mean hiding our feelings.
I believe every woman deserves a safe space where she can speak without fear of being judged.
That belief inspired me to work on women's mental wellness. I encourage women to talk openly about their emotions, support one another, and remember that asking for help is a sign of courage, not weakness.
Sometimes we cannot solve another person's problems, but we can listen with kindness. I have learned that a listening heart can bring healing in ways we never imagine.
This is the kind of leadership I want to practice every day—not leadership based on power, but leadership based on empathy.
World Pulse has also become an important part of my journey. Through this community, I have met inspiring women from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds. Their stories remind me that although our lives are different, many of our hopes and struggles are the same.
Reading their experiences has encouraged me to keep believing in myself. Sharing my own stories has given me confidence to use my voice, and every supportive comment reminds me that even one story can touch another person's life.
My dream is to create more opportunities where women feel safe to travel, share their stories, care for their mental well-being, and believe in their own potential. I want every woman to know that she is stronger than she thinks.
Leadership is not about standing above others. It is about walking beside them.
It is about encouraging a woman who has forgotten her dreams.
It is about listening to someone who feels unheard.
It is about creating spaces where women can grow together instead of competing with one another.
I know my journey is still continuing. There is so much more to learn, so many women to meet, and so many stories waiting to be heard. But every small step reminds me that change begins with one person choosing to care.
If my journey teaches anything, I hope it is this:https://www.facebook.com/share/r/1DNWUmcERt/
Every woman has the ability to become a leader. We do not need to wait for permission, a perfect opportunity, or the perfect time. Leadership begins the moment we choose courage over fear, kindness over judgment, and hope over doubt.
That is the leadership I want to leave behind—a leadership that guides journeys, heals hearts, and helps women believe in themselves.
Because when one woman rises with confidence, she inspires many others to rise with her.
